The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018 (UK & EU), which sets out requirements for all businesses about how data is collected and managed. Under these rules, the privacy policy for how your data is collected and managed has been updated. When you fill in a capture form on the website or within an email, your data is captured at point of entry. When you agree to receive marketing materials your data is collected through Typeform, also Wealthy Affiliate, Builderall, or Global NPN.

Why is it being collected?

Your name and email are collected in order to identify individuals or businesses who would like further information about online business-building opportunities or to receive notification of new articles, promotions or competitions. This also allows you to make any changes to the information you receive. You will only receive information if you have given your active consent.

How will it be used?

Data collected through Typeform, Wealthy Affiliate, Builderall, or Global NPN is used to create a list of those who wish to receive marketing communications, you will only receive information relevant to the request for which you signed up.

Who will it be shared with?

Your data will not be shared with any other party. In cases of competitions, we may share your details with the company supplying the prize however, this will be made clear at the time of entering a competition.

What will be the effect of this on the individuals concerned?

If you wish to receive marketing communications you will give consent by completing the forms on our website. If active consent is not received, then you will not receive any marketing materials, newsletters, promotions or other similar communications.
